Fish Markets (Pyrmont) I loved this ⭐Sushi Taco. Crunchy & yummy.. easier to eat & better ratio of fillings compared to Tokyo Taco. The 🚩Uni / Sea Urchin we had was not fresh. leTAO (CBD) ⭐Fromage double; airy sponge made indulgent by sweet layers of cream. I wouldn’t compare it to other varieties of cheesecake, it’s just it’s own thing. Yummy for dessert lovers. | VN City (Strathfield) Basic place but hard to go wrong. Anita (CBD) I appreciate it when the individual flavours used in a mixed flavour gelato are still discernible, the ⭐Cookieman had a nice texture too. |
🚩Hubert (CBD)
Ugh…. meat was dry, vegetables were undercooked, the seafood was not fresh. It could’ve been a bad day but for such a hyped place I felt hugely let down.
Bistro Nido (CBD) If you like seafood this is for you. Probably the most flavourful seafood pasta I’ve had, & ⭐Mafaldine is an S tier pasta shape, scooping up all the sauce in its little ridges. Great viscosity, textures, flavours, & honestly in my top 3 pastas ever. I know it sounds crazy because it’s so accessible. pork pastries (stock img) Royal Treasure Seafood Restaurant (Burwood) My childhood experience of sickly saccharine from-frozen charsiu buns has made me wary of Chinese bbq pork in general. But these ⭐pork pastries were so good and on my yum cha must-order list now. | caramelised pork sticky rice Alex n Rolls (Marrickville) I like their rolls but the ⭐Caramelised Pork Sticky Rice is sublime. Some cuts are better than others so a bit of luck is involved but delicious regardless. Freo (CBD) I finally stopped by Freo. The strawberry was super tart and giving goghurt vibes. It could be for you but personally it was too much. The ⭐Taro, however, was absolutely peak. Great texture and delish, sweet, but not-too-sweet taro flavour. |
no bad foods for February! 🥰 the dream
